Well, had a pleasent weekend. My brothers were visiting my aunt April and uncle Chip for the weekend while they were off from school. They sometimes get to come up to give the parents a break from the kids as well as get some extra hands to work on garden improvements. Their pay... gaming :P This time either on World of Warcraft or tabletop Warcraft. They've also been known to do Star Wars and other rpgs while there. witchcat07 had to do some patient visits that day so I had her pretty much drop me off there so I could pitch in too. Did some bending of rebar and cementing that in for a post to be put up and then started stripping sod off what was going to be a continuation of a path in April's garden. Edged it and then covered it with gravel. It looked quite nice :) Was a bit tiring, but then I didn't mind helping out. The brothers were for the most part pretty ok. Still not up to constant work, but eh... they will have to learn soon. I mean the younger one turns 17 on Thursday...

Sunday I mainly played around some and cleaned on the house as I had invited Chip, April, and the brothers over for supper. April and the brothers hadn't ever came over and visited us since we had moved in back in Sept... so it was a chance to bring them over. Made crock-pot beef stroganoff with some super low carb noodles. April (and Eric) are diabetic so I had to be careful about carb content. Eric had already been passed back off to the parents so it ended up I didn't have to be concerned about him pigging out like he is wont to do... *sigh* I dare say he's not going to make it to 30... He seems to have no control concerning his eating habits... much less his drinking habits. I think its become a drinking problem... and no, not alcohol. He goes through at about 4-6 liters of Coke (admittedly caffiene free diet) a day... or more... Its frankly ridiculous. Its as bad an addiction for him as cigerettes or drugs are to others...

Anyways, we got to set out the really pretty table ware and make it all look nice and semi-fancy :) Hehe, first dinner guests we have had over in a while and the first since we got married :) So we decided to do the little extra :) Plus, hey, we had it so why not? :P
